Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide. No minimum order value — free shipping applies to every purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
• Europe (EU & non-EU): 5–10 business days
• North America (USA & Canada): 5–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Asia & Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or busy periods. We will always provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your artwork's journey.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

When shipping internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing if you are unsure of the applicable rates. As a guide:

• European Union: VAT is typically charged on imports. Original works of art (HS code 9701) benefit from a reduced VAT rate in most EU countries and are exempt from import duty.
• United States: Original artworks are generally duty-free under US customs regulations. State sales tax may apply.
• Canada: Original artworks are generally duty-free. GST/HST may apply depending on your province.
• Australia: Goods valued over AUD 1,000 may be subject to GST. Original artworks may qualify for concessional treatment.

All customs declarations will accurately describe the contents and value of your shipment. We are unable to mark packages as 'gifts' or under-declare values.

How We Package Your Artwork

Every piece leaves our hands with the same care we'd give our own collection. Our packaging process:

• Small/ Medium paintings are wrapped in tissue paper to protect the surface
• Works are then wrapped in bubble wrap for cushioning
• Paintings are shipped in custom-sized cardboard boxes 
  
• All packages are clearly marked 'Fragile'
• I use recycled packaging where possible for sustainability.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with full tracking. Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted subject to the following:

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for international orders
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the damage immediately (including the packaging) and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Vintage Condition
